All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment Terms

  • Work begins only after successful full payment through our website.
  • We do not accept advance or partial payments.
  • Payment confirmation constitutes agreement to these Terms.
  • All transactions are processed under Banner Studio Creative Works Private Limited.

4. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction, subject to the following conditions:

  • Revisions must remain within the original project scope.
  • Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new order.
  • Abusive, unreasonable, or excessive revision cycles that significantly alter the original brief may result in project reassessment.

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund eligibility if client remains unsatisfied after revisions (for eligible plans).
  • Subscription plans may qualify for partial or full refunds depending on duration and usage.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final approved designs become the client’s property after full payment.
  • Banner Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
  • Unused concepts and drafts remain our intellectual property.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate design briefs and required materials.
  • Ensure all submitted content is legally owned or licensed.
  • Provide timely feedback to avoid delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

Banner Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.

11. GST & Taxes (India)

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be charged in accordance with Indian tax laws where applicable. International clients are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or bank charges in their respective jurisdictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kakinada, Andra Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
