Please login to your account and click on Support Ticket from there you can create a new ticket and submit the details.
4Describe how the projects will be delivered.
In order to deliver the projects, we will reply to your open tickets you raised while submitting your project details as well as via email ( care@bannerstudio.io ). Once the project is delivered, we will also inform you via WhatsApp.
5How to request for a revision?
Please reply to the ticket or email and we will take care of the rest. We will keep the ticket open until you are completely satisfied with the final delivery.
6Do you offer unlimited revisions?
Yes, We offer unlimited revisions for each project.
7How long will each project take?
It depends on the project. It takes us a maximum of 2 to 3 days to complete each project.
8What if i don't like your service?
We always try to give 100% to our clients. In the case of a valid reason, we will refund you the partial amount if you are not satisfied with our designs during the subscription period.
9Can i cancel my subscription at any time?

11Should I register separately to create an account before placing my order?
When placing your order, please provide the email address you wish to register with. As soon as your order is placed, we will automatically register your account and send you a link to create a password to your registered email address.
