If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Banner Studio reserves the full right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without any notice.

Refund Policy: If the customer does not like our design or we made an error, we will redesign it. If a customer is not satisfied with the work after 5 attempts and wants a refund, we will issue a full refund. A refund cannot be issued after 5 days from the time of delivery.

Delivery Policy: All orders are delivered in digital format according to your purchase order within a maximum of 48 hours from your order is processed. We will deliver the final deliverable through the mail (care@bannerstudio.io)

Our Commitment to Security: We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.

Order Acceptance: Banner Studio reserve the right to decline any order without telling any reason.

Legal Agreement: All the rights of the final product (Banner designs, Logos, Printworks etc.) has created and designed for its clients belong to the client it was designed for. Our product/s does not hold any rights of the client (provided that final payment has been received from the client).

High-Resolution Images: For any kind of printing products client must provide us high resolution (300 dpi) images or we will charge $15 extra to buy an image from our end.

Payments: Payments will be accepted via standard modes set by Banner Studio. Bannerstudio.io only accepts payments in favor of "Getprolist Info Technologies Private Limited
